Digital Marketing Executive

**RF Infinite** are currently looking for passionate and creative **Digital Marketing Executive** to join our dynamic team. Your job scope would involve combining your skills in digital marketing and videography to create engaging visual content and promote it effectively online

**Responsibilities**:
1. Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a content strategy that aligns with the overall marketing goals and objectives. Determine the type of video content that would resonate with the target audience and contribute to the overall pcari’s digital marketing strategy.

2. Social Media Management: Create and optimize video content for various social media platforms, such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Develop social media campaigns that leverage videos to increase engagement, reach, and brand awareness. Monitor social media analytics to track video performance and make data-driven decisions.

3. Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in digital marketing and video production. Identify emerging platforms, formats, and techniques to incorporate into the marketing strategy and maintain a competitive edge.

4. Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit videos for various marketing purposes, such as promotional campaigns, product demonstrations, customer testimonials, and social media content for pcari.my. This includes managing the entire video production process from pre-production to post-production.

5. Video Ad Campaigns: Develop and execute video ad campaigns across different digital advertising platforms, such as TikTok Ads, Facebook Ads, or YouTube Ads. Create engaging video ads that capture the attention of the target audience and drive conversions. Optimize ad targeting, placements, and bidding strategies based on performance metrics to maximize ROI.

6. Branding and Visual Identity: Ensure video content aligns with the brand's visual identity and guidelines. Maintain consistency in branding elements across all video assets to reinforce brand recognition and recall.

7. Communication and Reporting: Maintain effective communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Provide regular updates on the progress of tasks, share ideas and feedback, and address any concerns or challenges that arise. Keep accurate records, documentation, and reports related to projects and client interactions.

8. Adaptable Work Style: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in your work approach, as government projects may have unique requirements, timelines, and procedures. Be willing to adjust your schedule, work on tight deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting client expectations.

9. Collaboration and Support: Foster a team-oriented approach by actively participating in teamwork and providing assistance to fellow team members in executing tasks for government clients. Occasionally, be prepared to work outside the office or travel to different locations for event coverage, shooting, and other related assignments.

Overall, as a Digital Marketing Executive cum Videographer, your role would revolve around creating compelling video content that effectively communicates the brand's message, engages the target audience, and contributes to the organization's digital marketing objectives.

**Qualification**:

- Proficient in using facebook, google ads and any other social media.
- Able to create informative and interesting copywriting.
- Passionate and have high interest in Digital Marketing.
- Experienced in social media ads.
- Interested in technical work, willing to learn and explore on new opportunity.
- At least Diploma in related field with 1-2 years experience.
- Driving License (D)

**Office located at Tamarind Square, Cyberjaya.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
