**Job Descriptions**
- To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions, as relevant and required by the Quality, Environmental, Safety & Health Management System (QESHMS).
- Responsible for the environmental planning and management for all projects.
- To comply legal and other requirements applicable to the organization.
- To develop and implement Environmental Management System (EMS) to incorporate with Environmental Policy/Program.
- To ensure that all the project development comply with the Department of Environmental (DOE), Environmental Impact Assessment Approval Conditions, 1995.
- To prepare and submit environmental reports required by the authorities such as:
- Environmental Management Report (EMR)
- Environmental Management Compliance Plan (EMCP)
- Emergency Response Plan (ERP)
- Erosion, Sedimentation and Dust Control Action Plan
- Environmental Monitoring & Auditing Report (EMAR)
- Project Closure Plan (PCP)
- To conduct physical environmental site audits & inspection to ensure GDBSB comply with the implementation plans and procedures described in the EMP/EMR/EMCP.
- To ensure mitigation/correction measures related to any environmental non-compliance detected during the environmental audits are implemented.
- To assist HOP and Senior QA Manager in developing, maintaining and improving the environmental management system.
- To compile, prepare documenting and produce GBI Report as per Project’s Contract’s Requirement, if any.
- To compile & prepare environmental report for consultants for submission to certification body; eg GreenRE, GBI, LEED etc.
- To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the Superior.

**Job Requirements**
- Possess Degree in Engineering/Building Technology/Construction Management/Environmental Science or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years’ working experience preferably from a building and construction industry in a similar position.
- Knowledge and/or exposure to Quality System Standards is an added advantage.
- Conversant in bilingual languages, namely English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Have good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills with strong inclination towards quality management practices.
- Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Standard and provide unlimited support for the implementation and on-going maintenance for the Company’s Quality, Environmental, Safety & Health Management System (QESHMS).
- Must be dynamic, a team player, committed and result-oriented.
- Must have the ability and personality to drive and motivate team to achieve common goals.
- Exposure in turnkey projects will be an added advantage.
- Preferably to be computer literate and familiar with MS Office Applications and Visio technical.
- Must have GBI Awareness Training Certificate or knowledge in GBI as per requirement.
