**About the role**

TCE TACKLES SDN BHD' is seeking a few Marketing Research Executives to join our growing team in Lunas Kedah. **Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply** and develop their skills in a supportive environment. This full-time role offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a diverse range of duties and tasks.

**What you'll be doing**
- Outstation to different states to carry out research and analyze market trends to determine market needs.
- Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
- Increasing brand awareness and market share.
- Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
- Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.
- Preparing and presenting reports to senior management after outstation.
- Monitoring and supporting in all aspects that contributes to sales performance.
- To execute and develop marketing plans and strategies
- Perform ad-hoc duties that assigned by the management from time to time.

**What we're looking for**
- Proficient in three languages (Mandarin, Malay, English).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of a dynamic business environment
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Must be result focused and performance oriented.
- Aggressive, dynamic, energetic and team spirited. Self-motivated person with ambition, trustworthy and good analytical skill.
- Capable of working as a part of team and take initiative to schedule marketing activities
- Possesses driving license, owns a car and willing to travel within Malaysia.
