**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**ACCOUNT PAYABLE**:

- Booking foreign currency.
- Monitoring the cash flow to ensure there is sufficient cash to pay for supplier invoice.
- Prepare payment for creditor (Oversea and Local).
- Banker Acceptance (BA).
- Prepare payment for utility bill, rental fees, staff & director claim, Company tax.
- Monitor and check Good Receiving Note (GRN).

**ACCOUNT RECEIVEABLE**:

- Monitoring and update the customer payment due date given by HOD (Sales Dept) after release of customer account.
- Monitoring and managing aged debtor account actively.
- Create, Update, Block, Close the customer account when is requested and review the customer account from time to time.
- Invoice bill to inter-company.
- Monitor and filing document.
- Procedure for Short-paid (A) & Over-paid/Credit Note Pending Applied by Customer (B).

**JOB REQUIREMENT**:

- Gender : Female
- Experience : 5-10 years
- Aged : 19 years old - 35 years old
- Minimum education at least SPM / Diploma / Degree
- Computer literacy : Must know to use MICROSOFT WORD, EXCEL, AND OTHER RELATED.
- Familiar with Autocount or any other accounting system/software (SQL and others).
- Have own transport.
- Willing to work in Telok Gong, Port Klang.
- Need someone who has good discipline and attitude.
- The fast leaner is an advantage.
- Can work with minimum supervision.
- Can speak, read and write Bahasa and English.
- **CAN START WORK IMMEDIATELY**
