  • Responsible for managing and overseeing accounts payable operations for the APAC region - Each person be tagged to one country.
  • Ensures accurate and timely processing of invoices, employee reimbursements, and vendor payments.
  • Collaborates with internal departments, including the Purchasing and Shared Services teams, to streamline AP processes.
  • Maintains compliance with internal control frameworks and financial audit requirements.
  • Investigates and resolves payment issues, maintains financial records, and supports financial audits.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in accounts payable or finance roles.
  • Fluency in English required; proficiency in Mandarin /Cantonese is preferred.
