Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage daily financial operations, including account payable, account receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Ensure accurate recording timely financial reporting.
  • Oversee weekly and monthly payments to fixed payments, suppliers, utilities, and service providers.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulation, company policies, and internal controls.
  • Involvement with Quarterly Stock take, liaise with stock keeper, maintain and monitor inventory balances and financial transactions.
  • Apply and manage E-invoice data for suppliers and customers.
  • Liaise with both import and export transactions and compilation of compulsory documents for the E-invoice and Audit Purposes.
  • Support year end financial reporting, audits.

Requirements

  • LCCI, Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience in financial operations, with exposure to both accounts receivable and payable.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL (Accounting) is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general accounting software.
  • Knowledge with electronic invoicing systems or platforms.
  • Good communication skills and team works spirits.
  • Mandarin speaking will be added advantage.
