Assistant Accounts Manager

**Responsibilities**:
**1.**Reporting to CFO/CEO/Managing Director to achieve financial report.
**2.**To liaise with external auditors, tax consultant, company secretary and authorities on main issues.
**4.**To trouble shoot any grievances from sub-contractor/supplier.
**5.**Preparation of accounts for auditing and Tax Computation.
**6.**To answer queries from shareholders related due accounts, advance, etc.
**7.**Responsible to verify the documents before processing for payment.
**8.**To provide timely financial report and comments for CEO, this shall include the:
- a. Monthly management accounts and projects profitability statement.
b. Cash flow budget estimates and breakeven point.
c. Financial analysis of yearly performance.
d. Cost control correction and prevention.
e. Feasibility study on viability of new business venture and office management.
**9.**Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by your superior, CEO or the Company.
**Minimum Requirement**:
- Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Extensive experience in financial accounting and reporting for a medium to large organisation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and regulations.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
