**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities for front-of-house and back-of-house roles, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of performance management processes tailored for F&B teams.
- Help maintain accurate employee records and HR databases in compliance with labor regulations and company standards.
- Participate in staff engagement initiatives, training coordination, and wellness programs.
- Draft HR documentation such as offer letters, HR policies, memos, and internal communications.
- Collaborate with the pre-opening team to support manpower planning, orientation programs, and operational readiness from an HR perspective.
- Conduct research and support continuous improvement projects aligned with HR best practices in the F&B industry.
- Perform general HR administrative tasks and provide support on special projects as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Strong interest in the F&B industry and a passion for people development.
- Proactive and eager to learn, with a can-do attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Well-organized with good attention to detail and time management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
