Job/Position Title: Customer Service Representative

Locations: IOI Putrajaya / Damansara Uptown

Salary Range: 2.5k-2.8k

Working Hours 6 days working 5am / 6am ( Per day total hours 8 hours) Sat (Half day) / Sunday Off

Job Summary : Responsible for the completion of defined processes and procedures to deadline, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant internal and external standards. Identifies anomalies as they arise and uses judgement based on rules and procedures to resolve. For complex issues, may escalate to senior team members.

**Responsibilities**:

- Customer Support; Customer management; Account Creation; Basic Process Onboarding; Bookings; Inquiry; Providing Quotes; Complaint Handling; Issue Resolution; Case Management; Service Recovery; Pro-active Prevention; Tracking
- A contract position based in Putrajaya that handles Australian market.
- To handle customer requests, exceptions, inquiries about package pick-up, deliveries, promote and respond tom question about products and services with the objective to maximize customer satisfaction
- Able to solve customer’s problem and complaints.

B. Job Requirements
- Excellent command of the English language
- Passionate in providing outstanding customer experience
- Enjoy communicating with customer via telephone
- Able to adapt with fast pace working environment
- Ability to multitask and navigate between various systems while communicating via headset at stationed desk
- willing to work 9 hours - (1 hour lunch break) C. Job Highlights Working days/ hours arrangement
- Working hours : Minimum 44 working hours per week excluding meal break
- Working days : Mon-Sat (Off on Sunday), including all Malaysian Public Holidays
- Operations hours: 5am -3pm / 6am - 4pm (Mon-Fri). 5am - 2pm (Sat)
- **Shift Pattern : Staggered hours**:

- OT allowance
- **PH Allowance**

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Damansara: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
