**Job Description/ Responsibilities**:

- Performing all procurement processes such as sourcing, negotiating, supplier selecting, issuing purchase order.
- Working closely with engineering and sales team to consolidate all requirements for the sourcing plan.
- Coordinate the scheduling and delivery of goods. Control and follow up the delivery of goods with suppliers.
- Liaise with suppliers to build relationships, ensure the best pricing, and source alternative supplier as required.
- Vendor management such as new or AVL registration. Track and evaluate vendor performance annually.
- Update procurement documents when necessary.
- Help to liase and coordinate with forwarders and arrange import/export shipment when necessary.
- Coordinate receiving process upon delivery of goods.
- Maintain all the purchasing data for easy reference.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in any disciplinary or equivalent.
- Preferably 1 year of working experience in the related field.
- Good communication skills and proficient in English.
- Proactive problem solving, follow up and negotiation skills.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
