Job Description:

  • Oversee all stages of purchasing, from processing purchase requisitions and issuing purchase orders to tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases and related documentation.
  • Negotiate on cost, terms and conditions of all purchases with supplier.
  • Evaluate supplier performance reviews regularly based on quality, delivery time, cost and compliance with company requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to procurement policies, standards, and regulations.
  • To prepare, collate and do analysis on purchases reports for submission to management.
  • Assists or participates with the development of ISO documents for the purchasing function.
  • Handle HS code classification, duty and tax calculations, and exemption applications.
  • Must understand and follow the company's established management system practices, such as ISO or other relevant standards.

Job Qualifications/Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree: in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistic, or a related field.
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
  • Good spoken and written communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
