**Responsibilities**:

- Warehouse
- Primary responsibility is to control the flow of stock through the warehouse by monitoring the movement of goods (in and out) All operations and handling are to be conducted safely and efficiently for warehouse is the key element in ensuring the timely and accurate supply of goods.
- Receiving- Ensure all shipments received are correctly categorized and accurately processed (documentation, grading, etc.)
- Ensure inventory is moved to the designated storage/rack locations accurately.
- Plan and coordinate pick-ups and returns on a daily basis.

Inventory- Ensure stock levels are maintained and to highlight necessary purchase requests to WH supervisor/manager to replenish depleting stocks.
- Maintain a catalogue of all available items to various line of businesses.
- Highlight inventories that are in excess and are slow moving to WH supervisor/Manager.
- Ensure scheduled pick-up and return activities are completed based on the requirements and agreed service levels.
- Maintain accurate inventory by conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling variances.
- Identify variances and report to WH supervisor/manager.
- Ensure full warranty claims for parts/equipment are done before confirming materials for scrap.

Handling & Security- Responsible for the proper physical handling and storage of equipment and parts in order to prevent damages and loss to the organisation
- Responsible for the security aspects of the warehouse, by ensuring tight control of access to the warehouse including access to physical inventory
- Ensure forklift and pallet jack operations runs smoothly and are not misused.

Logistics
- Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities- To verify incoming equipment and parts from new shipment; End of Lease (EOL) return; new equipment purchase from OEM; RMA; consignment; warranty return and any other company purchases upon arriving at logistic department.
- To create temp GRN for incoming equipment and parts after verification.
- To verify out-going equipment and parts for rental sales; remarketing; RMA; consignment and send out warranty.
- To create Delivery Order (DO) for outgoing equipment or parts.
- To liaise with EOL co-ordinator in the arrangement of packing material to be delivered to client(s) premises for EOL return.
- To assist on any other day to day tasks assign by superior.
