**Control Tower Team Manager Your future position?**
As a Control Tower Team Manager, you will Contribute to a proactive and agile Supply Chain for a better customer satisfaction through high level E2E overview of operational processes, facilitating regional escalations, and seeking improvement actions on the grounds of Continuous Improvement. Scope includes customer care and Raw Material supply.

**People Management**
- Drive the performance management cycle, ASR, hiring, on boarding and handling performance issue to ensure a high performing team
- Identify Plan and coordinate development & training activities, to ensure team members are performing are their best and enlarge skills and competencies
- Ensures succession pipeline is defined
- Creates strong morale and spirit in the team to retain and develop talents
**Stakeholder Management**
- Builds constructive and effective partnership with cross functional teams (Customer care, site planning manager procurement, logistics) and senior stakeholders, in the end-to-end Supply Chain
- Act as a main point of contact for relevant Global and/or Regional Supply Chain leads in relation to defined Control Tower processes
- Actively drives process improvement with GSEs & divisions in collaboration with Control Tower functions
- Organizes and delivers training sessions when relevant
- Proactive co-operation with other work streams within GBS in overseeing the end-to-end process
- Communicate effectively with internal and external partners
**Secure high level of quality and efficient service delivery globally of**:
- Identify end to end opportunities of improvement and collaborate with divisional team members to define action plan
- Act as an escalation point in mid-long term cross-functional matters when necessary and work out solution together with the business stakeholders
- Elaborate reporting/KPI to monitor trends and clarify CT performance to the business stakeholders
- Work on recurring exceptions and Continuous Improvement with stakeholders
**Solution performance & improvement management**
- Provide cost and resource requirements as budget inputs
- Adherence to service levels
- Adherence to policies and procedures

**Your professional profile includes**:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- Languages: Ability to read, write and communicate in English in a business setting
- Professional experience:
- Min. 5 -7 years of experience in Supply Chain Management
- Min. 3 year of experience in team-leading role
- Good working knowledge of SAP MM and SD modules
- Advanced MS Excel and good knowledge of Microsoft Office or equivalent tools
- Relevant process experience
- Project management experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience in a shared service centre is an advantage
- Ability to work independently
- Six Sigma/ Lean Green belt certified preferred
- Understanding of Incoterms and shipping terminology
- Ability to apprehend new technologies
- Basic purchasing, planning, logistics, shipping/ export knowledge
