Position : Application Support Agent

Salary : RM 3,000 - RM 4,500

Location : Damansara Uptown

Working Days / Time : 6.00pm to 6.00am (Night Shift)

**Job summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create, update, and track support tickets in the system to ensure clear documentation of issues, resolutions, and interactions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve common technical issues in a timely manner.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the Team Leader according to escalation procedures.
- Provide smooth handovers of ongoing issues or tasks between shifts, ensuring detailed documentation and status updates.
- Maintain and contribute to an internal knowledge base of frequently encountered issues and their solutions.
- Deliver excellent customer service by communicating clearly about issue status, troubleshooting steps, and resolution timelines.
- Follow all operational processes, including SLAs, security policies, and documentation standards.
- Track and follow up on outstanding customer issues until they are fully resolved.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **diploma in IT** or a related field.
- Good command of **written and spoken English**.
- Working knowledge of **SQL commands** and **networking tools**.
- Strong multitasking abilities and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- A **customer-first attitude** and dedication to delivering a positive user experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
