: RETURN HANDLE

: CHECK ORDER IN SOR (SOR VS OUTLET PIC)

: PASS SOR TO SHIPPON AFTER CHECK

: PLANNING FOR THE NEXT DAYDOUBLE CHECK THE STOCKS WHICH ALREADY PICKSTICK CARTON LABEL AND PUT DO INSIDE THE CARTONS AND TAPE

: PREPARE NEW STAFF SCHEDULE & SHIPPON SCHEDULE (FOR WEEKLY)TASK BASED ON TIMING: PROMO MECHANICS (ONLINE): EDIT SOR FOR OOS ITEMS: SOR PRINT

: AD HOC RESPOSIBILITY

: ARRANGE URGENT STOCKSURGENT STOCKS ORDER BY SERVICING TEAM

: MONITOR SERVICING TEAM TELEGRAM CHECK, CHECK IN TIME & CHECKOUT TIME

: MONITOR SHIPPON, SERVICING TEAM AND PERMANENT STAFF KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND THEIR DAILY PLANS

: EDIT SOR FOR OOS ITEMS

: WAREHOUSE ARRANGEMENTS AND PREPARE STOCKS FOR OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

: SOR PRINT

: SCHEDULE FOR SERVICING TEAM IF THERE IS ANY ADD ON OUTLETS

: PLANOGRAM FOR OUTSTATION

: PLANNING FOR NEW OUTLET STOCKS, PLANOGRAM FOR NEW OUTLETS

: SET UP STANDEES

: DEAL WITH OUTLET PIC & BUYER

Requirement:

- Fluent in BM, English
- 1-2years of experience in retail preferred
- Fresh graduates who have a ‘willing to learn’ attitude are welcomed to apply
- Responsible, honest, hardworking, initiative
- Willing to work on Saturdays and overtime
- Can work under pressure
- Sg Choh, Rawang based
