**Minimum 3-5 years of hotel working experiences.**:

- Schedules preventive and corrective maintenance and keeps records to maintain proper control of them to ensure efficient and trouble-free function of all air-conditioning, refrigeration, ventilation, fresh air fans, air handling units, fan coils, chillers, starters, pumps, motors, kitchen equipment, switch boards, door readers, etc.
- Maintains emergency generator and test run once a week.
- Ensures that the fire fighting facilities are properly maintained.
- Ensures that the swimming pool equipment are in good working order.
- Assigns work to Engineering personnel daily and keep log of daily activity.
- Familiarises with fire procedures, all emergency exits and safety procedures.
- Participates in regular fire drills and responsible for fire fighting during the shift (compulsory member of the hotel's fire-fighting team).
- Attends to immediate repairs through work orders and follow up on any outstanding work order.
- Ensures that all lights in the public areas and guest corridors are in working condition.
- Follow up of all irregularities and steps taken in log book.
- Attends training and meetings, whenever required.
- Conducts staff training.
- Assists in store management.
- Assists in maintaining the discipline as well as order of the Engineering staff.
- Ensures cleanlines of workshop, plant rooms and staff work areas.
- Carries out any other duties, which may be directed by the management from time to time.
- A highly motivated and responsible self-starter, capable of handling multi-faceted projects and able to work under pressure.
- To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
- To maintain good working relationship with your own colleagues and all other departments.
