Job Description:

- Update daily trackers for first / middle / last mile operational functions in Shopee Xpress
- Monitor, track and check daily activities and utilization levels against the targeted number
- Provide information to stakeholders about daily tracker performance or whenever is required
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly summary reports for all operational functions in Shopee Xpress
- Coordinate operations performance result with respective functional PIC
- Work cross-functionally across multiple teams to push for process and system improvements
- Maintain updated records for all operations trackers
- Oversee the performance level and highlight to relevant stakeholders whenever the target is not achieved
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as per requested by the department head/reporting line

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics operations is preferred
- Able to proactively provide feedback and updates to relevant stakeholders is required
- Able to work independently in a complex and diverse environment
