**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate activities with clients, team members, and external contractors to ensure project alignment.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues to mitigate risks and ensure project success.
- Manage and resolve technical challenges and conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Track project tasks and milestones, ensuring projects progress on schedule and within scope.
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including reports and presentations.
- Maintain accurate and detailed project records and files for easy reference and compliance.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Facilitate effective communication and information flow among all project stakeholders.
- Oversee the procurement of necessary materials and manage logistics for project-related activities.
- Provide reliable post-work support and technical assistance, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any issues post-installation.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field required.
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or project support role, preferably within a project-driven environment.
- Demonstrated strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for producing high-quality documents and presentations.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all project aspects.
- Project management certifications such as CAPM are highly valued and considered a plus.
**REMUNERATION & BENEFITS**
RM3,500 - RM5,000 (Basic salary commensurate with relevant experience and qualification) + Commission / Incentive. Statutory Contribution: EPF + SOCSO + EIS
**WORKING HOUR**:
Monday - Friday; 8.30am-6.00pm
**WORKING LOCATION**:
Alam Perdana Industrial Park, Taman Putra Perdana, 47130 Puchong, Selangor.
