**POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY**
Coordinate and communicate employee engagement initiatives that foster a vibrant and inclusive workplace culture. Assist in the implementation of engagement surveys and Results-to-Action activities, while supporting talent development programs that reflect Malaysia Airports’ commitment to building a future-ready workforce. This role also requires strong collaboration with internal stakeholders to align efforts with the Human Capital Blueprint and strategic transformation goals.
**ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS**
- **Employee Engagement**
- Plan and execute campaigns that boost employee morale and connection.
- Support the development and execution of employee engagement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct employee focus groups and analyze feedback to complement survey data.
- Engage with stakeholders across divisions to ensure initiatives reflect employee needs and business priorities.
- **Experience Enhancement**
- Champion initiatives that improve satisfaction across the employee lifecycle.
- Collaborate on onboarding programs aligned with MAHB’s values.
- Promote inclusivity and belonging through targeted engagement efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address unique divisional needs.
- Support the administration and promotion of digital tools/platforms used in employee engagement (e.g., survey platforms, collaboration apps).
- **Internship & Others initiative.**
- Oversee the end-to-end process of internship programs, ensuring alignment with organizational values and talent development goals.
- Design and implement structured engagement activities that foster learning, collaboration, and a sense of belonging within each cohort.
- Monitor progress and development of interns through regular check-ins, feedback sessions, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide meaningful exposure across departments and functions.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance the internship experience based on feedback and evolving business needs.
- Liaise with business units to forecast intern headcount planning in alignment with workforce planning efforts.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of branding and engagement initiatives by collecting data from various sources such as social media, employee surveys, events, and internal platforms.
- Analyze trends and patterns to understand employee sentiment, participation levels, and content performance.
- Translate data into insights by identifying what’s working and what needs improvement.
- Provide actionable recommendations to enhance future strategies, ensuring they are data-driven and aligned with organizational goals.
- Utilize engagement and reporting platforms effectively (e.g., MS Excel/Google Sheet, Power BI, Qualtrics, or other survey/reporting tools).
**Key Challenges**:
- Manage submission of request and approval according to the schedule.
- Coordination with service providers and coordinating team to provide data for survey.
- Managing respondents to submit or perform survey timely.
- Managing participation of off-line respondents.

- Degree/Diploma/Certificate preferably with specialization in Human Resource, Business Administration or a related field
- STPM
- SPM with Credit in Bahasa Malaysia and Pass in English and Mathematics

**Relevant Industries**:
**External**
- Degree holder with minimum CGPA 3.0 and minimum 1 years relevant experience.
