Planner, Preventive Maintenance

**Asset Management and Maintenance Planning**:

- Prepares maintenance plan of each piece of equipment in the plant using criticality analysis.
- Schedules maintenance activities by preparing necessary resources such as spare parts, manning and time to implement the plan and conduct team meeting.
- Keeps files of plans and record of equipment history such as work done, materials used, cost, manning and time used, contractors, brochures and other pertinent record for future use.
- Prepares technical drawings of equipment parts as reference. Keep track and files records of unplanned activities and repairs.
- Analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of maintenance plan such as % PM implementation, quality of work maintenance hour usage, condition monitoring and spare parts usage (fast moving, slow moving, insurance & opex).
- Generates and analyzes the stoppage ranking report then prioritizes maintenance activity to correct the major contributor on downtime. Initiate the tracing of responsibility on every major equipment failures.
- Generates backlog report then reschedule maintenance work according to priority. Prepares analysis of backlogs. Regularly prepares and update the daily, weekly maintenance schedules
- Monitors, analyzes and the proper expend of utilities to improve yields on fuel, electricity, air and water. Recommends action plans to superintendent or supervisor.
- Prepares weekly and monthly maintenance report with corresponding analysis and variance explanations.
- Monitors and ensures implementation of spare parts management program to contain stocks to optimum level and the Tools Management Programs for fast and quality implementation of task.
- Analyzes inventory level and forecast of needed consumables and tear parts.
- Manages fixed manufacturing expenses particularly repairs maintenance costs and manpower deployment, capital and operational expenditures.

**Machine Knowledge and Application**:

- Translates machine design, technical specifications, machine manuals and machine spare parts requirements into the requirements of PM plan.
- Design machine equipment manuals and troubleshooting guides.
- Supports installation and commissioning of machines.
- Conducts technical training support to maintenance programs.
- Formulates corrective actions to address complex production problem.
- Detects apparent machine irregularity and carry out basic troubleshooting and corrective maintenance

**Project Management**:

- Provides recommendation of works and estimates.
- Participates in biddings and technical evaluation of equipment.
- Executes project plan based on agreed timeline.
- Effectively monitor project status, evaluates services of contractors prior to turnover to process owner and plant cost effective use of resources and deployment services.
- Strictly implements administrative policies and guidelines, such as Good Manufacturing Practice and other Quality Systems to promote discipline and proper work attitude to all maintenance personnel
- Identifies training needs and conducts in-house training programs, recommends outside training course whenever necessary.
- Determines the appropriate manning complement and organizational structure for the department.
- Address people concern that may arise in the implementation of management plans, changes and directions.
- Facilitate performance discussion and coaching to employees.
