1. Oversee the IT functions within the group of companies

2. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT related issues on time.

3. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.

4. Maintains accurate IT asset inventory and assist in acquisition, deployment, support of IT assets.

5. Installing, maintaining, repairing, and replacing security cameras, computer networks, and other equipment used in video surveillance systems

6. Provide guidance and advice to colleagues with technical issues.

7. Monitoring the operation of security equipment for malfunctions or other problems

8. Administers computer network and related computing environments including servers, routers, switches, storage arrat, virtual hosts/hypervisors and the Local Area Network (LAN).

10. Maintains user-profiles ensuring password policies and other system policies are enforced.

11. Proper filling and documentation, housekeeping of IT assets, preparing user guide if needed, and require to submit daily task report.

12. Liaise with external vendor to resolve IT services issues.

13. Assist in creating and implementing OT operation and security policies.

14. Perform ad-hoc IT tasks

**Requirements**:
1. Diploma or above in Information Technology or equivalent

2. 1 to 2 years of working experience in IT support role

3. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

4. To perform ad-hoc tasks or duties assigned from time to time

6. Good communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
