Job Description
Manage the inbound loads and coordinate to ensure accurate arrival times
Check, confirm, inform shipment details and follow up on import process to all related party to ensure the smooth shipment and importation.
Prepare related documents for import and shipment, ensure import document are completed and in line with government regulation and company policy.
Coordinate with warehouse team to optimize stock storage plan in different warehouses to achieve efficient inbound process.
Responsible for reporting related to preparation of cost report, monthly arrivals and other related reports.
Requirement
**Educational Requirements**: Diploma, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience in the logistics industry
Good communication skills both written and verbal
PC skills including proficiency in use of MS Word & Excel
