HR Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Liaison of various departments.
- Implement HR policies and procedures, practices and programs to ensure legitimate practices, to build a capable and engaged workforce.
- Covering full spectrum of HR function such as recruitment, performance management, payroll, compensation and benefit, training, industrial relations, employee engagement and relations.
- Responsible for issuing all documentations related to HR matters.
- Maintenance of employee database in HR system and personal files.
- Responsible for daily operations in HR department.
- Produce HR statistics reporting to the Management.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior/management from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- Possess Degree in relevant field
- Able to travel to other state(s) for work purpose
- Meticulous and responsive
- Good in Microsoft office and familiar with HR2000 cloud based system is an added advantage
- With at least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Preferably female
- Able to speak Chinese is an added advantage
- Able to under minimum supervision, friendly and team oriented
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM3,900.00 per month
