**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives, ensuring they are in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding processes.
- Implement effective employee retention strategies and initiatives to create a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement.
- Manage and administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and align with market trends.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and promote professional development.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures, while ensuring fairness and compliance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee information, contracts, performance evaluations, and training records.
- Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations, providing guidance to management and ensuring compliance in all HR practices.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, updating them as needed to reflect best practices and changes in legislation.
- Manage and resolve complex HR issues, working closely with legal counsel when necessary.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance improvement, career development, and employee relations.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in consultancy or advisory industry is preferred
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures, along with a strong understanding of **employment laws and regulations**.
- Demonstrated experience in employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels within the organization.
- Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to influence and drive change.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Mont Kiara: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
