Human Resource Officer

1. HR Compliance:
- Ensure the company’s HR policies and procedures comply with Malaysian labour laws and regulations (Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, etc.).
- Keep up-to-date with changes in employment legislation and inform management of any relevant updates.
- Liaise with statutory bodies such as EPF, SOCSO, and LHDN, and ensure timely submission of reports and payments.
- Enhance the organization's human capital planning, implementing and evaluating employee relation, HR policies, programs and practices.
2. Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees, including orientation and training.
3. Payroll & Benefits Administration:
- Support the payroll process to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements in compliance with local laws.
- Manage employee benefits programs such as medical insurance, annual leave, sick leave, and other entitlements in line with company policies.
4. Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related issues, resolving conflicts and maintaining a positive workplace environment.
- Handle disciplinary actions and grievances according to company policies and legal guidelines.
5. HR Documentation:
- Maintain employee records and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
- Prepare and manage employment contracts, letters of appointment, and other HR-related documents.
6. Performance Management:
- Assists in the development and implementation of performance appraisal system, coordinating performance review, collaborate with HOD to set employee goals and development plans.
7. Training & Development:
- Coordinate employee training programs in collaboration with department heads to enhance workforce skills and knowledge.
- Support initiatives related to employee engagement, retention, and development.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
