Department: Finance / Accounting

Job Scope:
To assist the finance department in managing daily accounting tasks and supporting the overall financial operations of the company. This role ensures accurate record-keeping, timely processing of transactions, and compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain customer/vendor ledgers.
- Input financial data into accounting software (e.g. SQL, AutoCount, QuickBooks).
- Ensure accuracy and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
- Assist in maintaining the general ledger and supporting month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, summaries, and documentation as needed by the finance team.
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and payment records.
- Support external and internal audits by preparing required documentation and reports.
- Perform other administrative and accounting-related duties as assigned by the Finance Manager or Accountant.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
