About the Role:
We are looking for a Portfolio Activation Specialist (PAS) to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. This role is a critical part of Cisco’s Customer Experience (CX) organization and plays a key role in ensuring customers realize the full value of their Cisco Enterprise Agreement (EA). As a trusted advisor, you will support onboarding, drive adoption, and help customers achieve their business outcomes through effective engagement and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for Enterprise Agreement onboarding for customers.

Deliver internal and external kick-off meetings and guide customers through onboarding milestones.

Track project deliverables, define activities, manage schedules, and ensure the quality of deliverables.

Support large customers with EA onboarding and drive deployment timelines.

Monitor deployment progress and lead customer expectation management.

Escalate critical issues to account teams and leadership when expectations are misaligned.

Maintain accurate and timely updates in tracking tools and generate progress reports.

Ensure documentation is organized in central repositories.

Encourage customers to engage in onboarding activities to meet long-term business outcomes.

Collaborate with Regional PAS Leads, Account Teams, CX Specialists, and Partners to drive adoption and customer success.

Evangelize the end-to-end CX strategy and service offerings to internal teams and customers.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Project Management, or similar client-facing roles.

Experience with Smart Account / Licensing and Cisco Enterprise Agreements is an added advantage.

Strong understanding of Cisco products, services, and the enterprise networking landscape.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, both virtual and face-to-face.

Ability to influence stakeholders across various levels and functions.

Consultative and strategic thinking mindset with a customer-first approach.

High proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and report creation.

Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS), preferably in a technical or business-related field.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
