Key Responsibilities

- **Curriculum Oversight**: Ensure the effective implementation of the syllabus in inclusive preschool
- **Staff Development**: Recruit, mentor, and support a team of dedicated educators and support staff, promoting continuous professional development and best practices.
- **Student Support**: Oversee the development and implementation of education plans and ensure all students receive effective support.
- **Community Engagement**: Build strong relationships with parents, guardians, and the broader community, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- **Compliance and Safety**: Ensure the school complies with all relevant regulations and standards, maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for all students and staff.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
