**The Opportunity**

**In This Role, You'll Get To**
- Manage the day-to-day administration of the global mobility team
- Support the Visa team with any business travel requests including document preparation, document review, and drafting of business travel letters, up until visa completion
- Assist with renewal cases for the expat population for Agoda worldwide with a particular focus on Malaysia;
- Assist with updating data into our internal systems to ensure that all data is accurate and be able to track for renewal
- Assist the team with administrative tasks eg. updating our internal case lists and trackers, use of SharePoint and Workday platforms, invoicing, etc.
- Assist the team on projects
- Any other mobility matters as required

**What You will Need to Succeed**
- Bachelor degree qualification. **Fresh graduates are welcome**.
- Basic knowledge on MS Office, Excel and automation
- Language: Fluent in English Bahasa Melayu
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are essential for this role
- Detail oriented
- Having a solid work ethic and self-starter attitude is essential for this role.
- Self-motivated with ability to prioritize workloads
- Strong planning and organizational ability
- Good team player
