**Job Description** Team Summary**
The Products and Solutions team is responsible for developing product strategy and providing thought leadership as well as long-term design for the growth of credit, debit, and prepaid products in Malaysia. This includes Issuer Engagement, Benefits and Card Value Proposition (CVP as well as the Digital Deployment for Consumer Solutions in the market.
The Products and Solutions team is a critical function tasked with driving the use of Visa credentials and solutions across existing as well as new clients in the market.
**What a Director, Strategic Partnerships does at Visa**:
We are looking for a Director,Strategic Partnership to join our Visa Malaysia Product and Solutions team. The role will report to the Head of Products, Malaysia, and is responsible for driving efforts to optimize and design product and solutions catered specifically for our banking clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with named digital partners and banking clients with global Visa organization supporting the delivery of Visa objectives
- Develop senior relationships across the client organization to influence client’s strategy and find new opportunities to grow Visa Value added services
- Provide tangible thought leadership in areas such as Sharia compliant CVP, card benefits and best in class practices to drive acquisition for Islamic banks
- Stay current with Islamic Banking industry and client trends, and maintain a strong knowledge of Visa core consumer products and Services
- Work with teams across the business to deliver high-quality portfolio optimizations to existing card products, play an active role in the delivery of our product strategy with a consumer driven mindset creating & documenting use cases as well as a Go-To-Market Playbook framework
- Act as a liaison, understand the pain points of the client and translate them into meaningful solution roadmaps for our clients
- Engage in a collaborative team environment and work closely with our cross-functional team that includes key business partners such as Issuer Sales and Merchant Acceptance and Solutions.
- This role will require a unique combination of leadership, strategic vision, business development, technology architecture, hands-on support and client facing relationship management skills.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
**Qualifications**
What you will need:
- Degree in any relevant discipline
- Minimum 10 years of experience in related field with project management experience including business planning, business development or account management roles
- Working knowledge of Visa product portfolio will be an advantage
- Driven self-starter who can proactively own and manage individual workstreams
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Able to effectively prioritize and multi-task under tight deadlines
- Strong verbal, written, presentation skills
