POSITION OVERVIEW
The Head of Strategic Growth will report to the CEO, serves as the architect and driver of BHIC's growth strategy, spearheading initiatives across Aerospace, Military Automotive, Weaponry & Ammunition, and New Technologies. This role is pivotal in achieving BHIC's strategic plan and revenue target through strategic partnerships, market expansion, and innovation leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies aligned with BHIC's long-term objectives.
  • Lead domain-specific initiatives across strategic business areas: Aerospace, Military Automotive, Weaponry & Ammunition, and New Technologies.
  • Forge strategic partnerships with global defence players, OEMs, and technology innovators.
  • Oversee Market Intelligence, Commercial Strategy, and Industry Frontier units to ensure synergy and impact.
  • Monitor KPIs and deliverables to track progress toward revenue and strategic goals.
  • Represent BHIC in high-level negotiations, industry forums, and government engagements.
  • Drive innovation pipelines and feasibility studies for new ventures.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Degree or Master in Business Administration, Engineering, Defence Studies, or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in strategic leadership roles within defence, aerospace, or related industries.
  • Proven track record in market expansion, partnership development, and commercial strategy.
  • Strong understanding of global defence trends, regulatory frameworks, and emerging technologies.
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
