Role Summary
Strategic Ecosystem Manager will spearhead the development and growth of ADA's ecosystem of strategic alliances and technology partners. This role is pivotal in identifying, shaping, and managing partnerships that expand ADA's solution reach, generate mutual value, generate sales and accelerate our growth across all solution lines globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ecosystem Strategy & Development
  • Define and evolve ADA's strategic ecosystem roadmap, identifying partnerships that align with our business priorities and growth verticals.
  • Assess and prioritise ecosystem opportunities across solutions, technology, and go-to-market dimensions.
  • Establish frameworks for value co-creation and scalable collaboration models with ecosystem partners.
  • Partnership Value Creation & Execution
  • Design and operationalise joint value propositions, go-to-market initiatives, and solutions with ecosystem partners.
  • Build and execute partnership activation plans that drive tangible business outcomes for both ADA and partners.
  • Drive the launch and commercialization of new strategic solutions and products developed within the ecosystem.
  • Facilitate the execution of all planned activities with relevant teams across ADA (sales, marketing, product, tech).
  • Relationship & Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as the central relationship owner for key ecosystem partners, ensuring alignment, performance tracking, and executive engagement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams to integrate ecosystem initiatives into business strategies.
  • Maintain strong communication and governance cadence with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Commercial Growth & Performance Tracking
  • Build and convert a robust sales pipeline arising from ecosystem-led opportunities.
  • Define success metrics, track partnership performance, and report on ecosystem impact and value creation.
  • Continuously optimise partnership ROI through data-driven insights and structured reviews.

Experience

  • 6-10 years of experience in partnerships, ecosystem development, alliances, or strategic business development in technology, digital, or data-driven organisations.
  • Proven track record in defining and executing partnership strategies that drive commercial outcomes.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and operational rigour.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
