What you'll need to succeed

  • Strategic mindset with 4-5 years of experience in product growth roles (preferably in fintech or financial services)
  • Deep understanding of hyper-personalization, user engagement, and activation techniques
  • Proven success in driving growth for non-transactional banking or wealth apps
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience optimizing activation, retention, and cross-sell metrics
  • Leadership experience in managing and mentoring teams
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office tools
