**THE COMPANY**:
Our client is a European International Freight Forwarding company. The company provides customers with efficient, cost-effective solutions and multi-modal transportation services around the world. The company has a strong networks and offices in Europe, Asia, America, Africa, Oceania, and Middle East.
We are seeking dynamic, competent, and suitably qualified Business Development Manager that will be based in Penang.
**THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE**:
- Passionate and capable who is willing to develop career in Business Development.
- Responsible to meet or exceed customers’ needs with creativity and solution design.
- To focus on identifying and understanding customer needs, developing appropriate solution, customer relationship building, member of cross functional team, and secure customer on board.
- Responsible for meeting weekly and monthly sales target.
**THE REQUIREMENTS**:
- SPM, Diploma, Degree or Equivalent.
- At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in shipping/Logistics industry preferably from freight forwarding environment (Senior Sales Executive).
- Well verse in Microsoft Skills.
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, hardworking, result and customer oriented.
- Language(s) required: English and Malay
- Possess own transport.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
