General Admin for assist Account Dept, HR dept, Purchasing Dept and any other general task.

Job Scope

2. Complete utility bill and submit to account dept for payment purposes.

3. Upkeep of every documents and records of each bill, statement, documents and etc in softcopy and hardcopy as well for reference.

4. Update Purchase order records.

5. Issue invoice and delivery order as per request by PIC.

6. Filing documents is the major job. Each filing should be follow the correct filing orders. Need to responsibile and alert when filing to avoid misplacement.

7. Petty cash filing and do records.

9. Upkeep of vehicle records. Need to collect road tax from agent.

10.Need to go for Courier such as debtor statements, invoices or any other documents given by account or other dept.

11.Need to do other tasks which assigned by other dept.

**Requirements**:
1. Have Microsoft word and excel experience.

2.Punctuality is must

3. Responsible and disciplined character.

4. Being volunteer for doing any tasks.

Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
