To close new business deals by selling our SaaS solution which enables customers to run and manage their marketing, sales & after sales fully utilizing digital solutions.
- Being the deal owner for all your new deals in the funnel.
- Closing deals (80% of your time) but also some lead development and after sales upselling (20% of your time).
- Transferring deals to account management after closing.
- Setting up new sales approaches like data driven sales and partnering.
- Continuously providing feedback from prospects to the marketing and product teams.
- Arrange and attend meetings with clients virtually (online) and physically (offline or through Lokein’s event).
- Engage with potential leads to close-by phone, online meeting & physical meet-up.
- Scouting sales opportunities in WhatsApp groups, social media and events, that can lead to monthly subscription revenue or enterprise sales.
- Do product demonstration.
- Prepare a presentation module to convert lead - feed from leader.
- Communicate with the Vendor Support Unit for the post-onboarding process.
- Communicate with the Marketing Unit:

- Assist in contributing ideas & feedback for marketing materials that can be used in driving sales in.
- Assist in sharing insights with the marketing team to get qualified leads.
- Achieving monthly KPI.
- Initiate follow up plans with all leads and engaged non-close leads.
- Prepare & keep team leader updated with documentation:

- Calculation & submit commission claim to leader
- Metrics
- Sales process & workflow using Trello

**Commission up to RM3,500 - RM8,000

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- after sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer support: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Bahasa Melayu (preferred)
- English (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
