Summary of Role: We are looking for an ambitious and a self-driven HR Manager to lead and oversee the company's HR department in being accountable across all aspects of strategic planning, implementing and managing the HR department in leading the full spectrum of HR operations across Tech Recruitment, Workforce Planning, Budgeting, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Training and Development, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Payroll Administration, Compliance, HR Policies and Procedures, and other duties as assigned. To succeed in this role, you'll need to have strong knowledge of core HR processes, continuous improvement techniques, willingness to go beyond in working proactively, and have led a team of HR professionals across its respective spectrums. You will be responsible for: '¢ Manage the entire recruitment and retention process, including reviewing job advertisements, screening and selecting CVs, assisting in interviews and background checks, onboarding, orientation and trainings with new joiners. '¢ Involvement in employee relations in resolving employee related issues, ensuring staffing needs of the organisation are fulfilled in an effective and efficient manner. '¢ Provide and collaborate with the management team in talent management matters, manpower planning, retention, succession planning, training, leadership selection. '¢ Identify training needs and organize relevant training programs; track the progress and effectiveness of training programs. '¢ Assist, advise and guide manager and staff at all levels on the appraisal process and KPI achievement to ensure assessments are conducted in a fair manner to balance both the company and staff interests. '¢ Conduct performance appraisals and advise senior management on remuneration, promotions, upgrading based on proper analysis (e.g. benchmarking of salaries, industry trends, etc.). '¢ Manage disciplinary issues, staff counselling and grievances, termination, and other employee relation matters in compliance with the relevant rules and legislation. '¢ Develop, implement, and monitor human resources policies and procedures. Constantly benchmark against industry best practices. '¢ Ensure proper record keeping for the entire HR process ranging from company's policies and procedures, handbook, memos, payroll & statutory documentation and other related matters. '¢ Ensure compliance with the relevant statutory requirements and acts. Liaise with the relevant authority and government bodies. '¢ Being the point of contact in providing solutions with regards to all areas of HR, in line with the business goals and direction of the company. You will need to have: '¢ Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Studies or related discipline. '¢ With at least 10 years of experience with a leadership capacity. '¢ Experienced in leading a team of HR professionals across some of the spectrums respectively and able to work independently. '¢ Demonstrated success in supporting key senior management and building relationships. '¢ Strong collaborator with effective interpersonal and analytical skills who is able to work seamlessly across organizational units. '¢ Critical thinker with good problem-solving skills, excellent negotiation and presentation skills. '¢ Excellent written and oral communication skills. '¢ High degree of personal integrity and sensitivity, and respect for confidentiality '¢ Strong sense of responsibility, urgency, results driven, empathetic, personable, approachable. '¢ Constantly update job knowledge, keep up with the latest trends and technology available to support and improve HR functions. What we offer: '¢ Permanent employment.
