**Company Information**
Business Nature: Financial Services (Investment & Wealth management)
Location: SOHO office
- Resolve various business inquiries, consultations, and acceptance through online, telephone, and other means;
- Responsible for promoting the entire process of customer complaint cases until they are closed loop;
- Daily routine outbound call follow-up that meets regulatory requirements;
- Assist the customer service team in optimizing processes, establishing multi-channel service models, and improving service quality;
- Complete other tasks assigned by superiors
**Job requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree or above in finance or related field;
- Having 5 years or more of customer service experience in the financial industry;
- Have a relatively comprehensive understanding of the financial industry, and be familiar with financial products such as Private Equity/Public Offering of Fund ,and related operational work;
- Having infectious language expression ability and good insight ability, able to quickly locate customer needs;
- Ability to follow up, communicate, and solve difficult problems, effectively manage customer expectations and maximize customer satisfaction;
- With domestic fund industry qualification certificates, HKSI industry qualification examination qualification certificates, or FP certification issued by MAS;
- Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing is preferred
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
