**Core**:
We are seeking friendly and energetic bar staff crew to join our team, providing excellent customer service and quality drinks to our customers. In this varied role, you’ll be expected to look after everyone from local regulars during the day to groups of friends enjoying a night in town.

The role also involves helping with basic drinks/beverage preparation and assistance around the bar generally, as and when required, as directed by the Bar manager.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Opened and closed the bar in a timely and responsible manner
- Cleaning the bar and surrounding areas to maintain a sanitary environment
- Assist in the preparation of beverages, both hot and cold
- Mixing and preparing a range of different drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic
- Assist with general Bar duties to include taking and serving order, clearing and preparing bar area and tables
- Understand the “ingredients” of drinks/beverage to enable you to confidently deal with customer queries (if needed)
- Assist in the quality management of drinks/beverage
- Effective liaison, support and assistance with the other department
- Assist generally in the bar and on bar duties as directed
- Restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies
- Maintaining and record accurate month end inventory closing
- Adhering to all food and beverage regulations

**Requirements**:

- Proven working experience in the bar or mínimal and no experience are also welcome
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
