**Position Overview**:
The Service Crew at DoDoo Kitchen plays a vital dual role in delivering refined guest experiences through attentive table service and professional beverage preparation. This position is suited for individuals with a passion for hospitality, who are equally comfortable on the dining floor and behind the bar. You will support daily FOH operations in a semi fine dining environment and help craft and serve beverages in line with the restaurant’s standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Dining Service**
- Greet and seat guests warmly while providing attentive and courteous service throughout their dining experience.
- Present menus, explain specials, answer guest inquiries, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Serve food and drinks in accordance with semi fine dining protocols, including correct plate placement and service etiquette.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and readiness of the dining area.

**Bartending Duties**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per the house menu and recipes.
- Handle bar setup, garnishing, glassware, and bar cleanliness throughout the shift.
- Restock bar supplies and ingredients as needed; follow alcohol handling regulations and internal SOPs.
- Engage guests seated at the bar and provide recommendations to enhance their experience.

**Guest Experience & Service Recovery**
- Engage with guests professionally to ensure satisfaction, resolve complaints promptly, and escalate to supervisors when necessary.
- Support special occasions (e.g., birthdays, anniversaries) with thoughtful touches and service coordination.
- Anticipate guest needs proactively, offering water refills, additional cutlery, or menu suggestions without being prompted.

**Hygiene & Safety Compliance**
- Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and health protocols across dining and bar areas.
- Maintain clean and organized service stations, equipment, and dining utensils.
- Follow safe alcohol handling practices and responsible serving guidelines.

**Team Support & Coordination**
- Collaborate with kitchen and FOH team to ensure seamless service flow.
- Assist with side duties including setting up the dining area, polishing glassware, or running food.
- Participate in pre-shift briefings and contribute to a positive team environment.

**Additional Duties**
- Assist with inventory counts for bar or FOH supplies.
- Support promotional events or new menu launches.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Senior Supervisor or management team.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of service or bartending experience in a semi fine dining or casual upscale restaurant.
- Basic knowledge of wine, cocktails, and bar operations is preferred.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and guest engagement skills.
- Pleasant, presentable, and service-oriented personality.
- Able to work on weekends, night shifts, and public holidays.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.

Pay: Up to RM2,800.00 per month
