_**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:_
- 1. Assist Team Manager to develop Restaurant Training Modules and Product SOP for all brands under Woodpeckers Group._
- 2. Responsible to conduct Operations training and career development for all direct outlets (all brand) under the group._
- 3. Develop customized training materials, manuals, and SOPs aligned with the brand and operational standards._
- 4. Provide coaching and support to Operations team by liaising for the Outlet Trainer._
- 5. Conduct Basic Restaurant Management Training for Operations Career development._
- 6. Responsible to assist in conducting Cash and Cup Audit for assigned direct outlets under group if required._
- 7. Conduct Licensee Staff Training for the new licensee prior to outlet opening._
- 8. Adhere to organization and department rules and regulations._
- 9. Deliver hands-on training in service standards, product knowledge, hygiene and safety, customer interaction, and upselling techniques._
- 10. Evaluate employee performance during and after training to ensure learning objectives are met by provide feedback, coaching, and follow-up training when necessary._
- 11. Support internal audits and help maintain training records for compliance purposes._
- **Job Requirements**:_
- 1. Knowledge and skills in conducting relevant Quality Assurance Audit or at least 1 year working experience in a reputable food and beverage chain restaurant._
- 2. Certification in Train-the Trainer (TTT) or equivalent will be considered an added advantage._
- 3. Proven experience in F&B operations, with a strong passion for training and service excellence._
- 4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills._
- 5. Ability to engage and motivate teams._
- 6. Familiarity with training methods, adult learning principles, and F&B industry standards._
- 7. Certification in training or hospitality education is a plus._
- 8. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Melayu. Others dialect will be advantage._
- 9. Computer literate & able to work independently._
- 10. Possess own transport and able to travel outstation._

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
