Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent service and help to solve problems faced by customers.
- Record the call logs and compile frequently asked questions.
- To build, update and maintain training materials, assignments, question papers.
- To administer matters related to training, evaluation, examination and certification.
- To conduct training on the courses to learners as well as tutors.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Information Technology, LCCI or equivalents.
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English. Fluency in Malays/Mandarin is an advantage.
- Basic book keeping knowledge is an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Fresh graduates applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Call centre or helpdesk experience will be an added advantage.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel will be an added advantage.
- Applicants should be MALAYSIAN citizens.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 per month
