Executive – Customer Support (Japanese Monolingual or Japanese/English Bilingual)
Working Hours: 24-hour rotational shift with 2 days off
Job Scope:
- Handle customer inquiries from clients using our services in Japan through phone calls and chat.
- Provide timely, accurate, and professional support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Escalate and follow up on complex issues as necessary.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and issues.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Japanese (monolingual) or Japanese and English (bilingual).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, rotational shift environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM9,000.00 per month
