Job Vacancy: Customer Relationship Executive – Abbott SG

Location: Ara Damansara (Walking distance from LRT)

Salary: RM3,000 + Incentives

Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound and inbound calls to existing customers under the Abbott Singapore project.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication.
  • Promote and upsell Abbott healthcare products to meet sales targets.
  • Manage and update customer records accurately in the system.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma qualification.
  • Able to read and write in Mandarin (to handle Mandarin-speaking customers).
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Positive attitude, target-oriented, and motivated to achieve sales goals.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 per month
