Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive, located in Ara Damansara. In this role, you will handle day-to-day communication with customers, provide support and resolve client inquiries or concerns through email, phone, or online chats. You will actively maintain and improve customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt and effective responses, tracking issues, and following up for resolutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members to provide insights and suggestions for enhancing operational processes and customer service quality.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction and issue resolution
- Customer service and problem-solving experience to address client needs efficiently
- Proficient multi-tasking and time management abilities to handle multiple client queries
- Familiarity with CRM software and tools, along with basic technical troubleshooting skills
- High attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain excellent service quality
- Adaptability and a team-oriented mindset for collaboration in a dynamic work environment
- Fluency in English and additional language skills are considered an advantage
- Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred
