Job Summary
Support department on training administration, system and digital tools related functions
Key Responsibilities
- Involved in the enhancement, technical support on system and digital tools, including promotion and provide training for agency members to drive adoption rate
- Communicate and notify agency and agency development team on training compliances monitoring and compile non-compliance listing on monthly basis.
- Issue termination notice to agents who did not fulfill training compliance requirement.
- Prepare training report for HOD
- Answering agency members enquiry in relation to training matter
- Support and participate in company, division and department events and project.
Key Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in any field
- Able to write and speak well in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good interpersonal skill
- Service oriented
- Team player
- Willingness to learn and progress
- IT savvy and computer literate
- Familiarity with using ChatGPT for automating routine tasks and enhancing productivity
