Position Title: Finance Executive (Costing)

Industry: Manufacturing

Location: Johor Bahru

**Salary**: RM 4,000 - RM 6,000

**Responsibilities**:

- Costing - Conduct monthly cost review and provide support to ensure that

cost profile is effectively managed, including inventory valuation, cost

allocation, with the objective to assist in operations and performance

effectively. Handling the allocation methodology, preparing and maintaining

standard cost, for inventories and new product costing. Set up standard cost.
- Projection & Forecast - Forecasted P&L, with projection of Sales & production

data. Any other ad-hoc assignment according to business needs.
- Budgeting - Annual Budget process - compile sales, operation & cost data,

evaluate & interpret data submitted in generating profitable budget and ensure

timely submission to Board of Directors review. Creating awareness on

budget and KPI owners to meet or exceed standards through detailed

understanding of the key factors.
- Reporting - Manage KPI process to ensure analysis by respective owners

and cost control. Ensure plant scorecard is updated timely, updating Board of

Director. Variance analysis report and review with respective business

partners on a weekly basis.
- Audit & Compliance - Work side by side with external and internal auditors

relevant to the costing area.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accountancy / ACCA / CIMA or its equivalent
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this

position.
- Analyse manufacturing costs and prepare any related reports.
- Maintain and Computation of actual and standard costing.
- Proactive analysis of variances between actual costing and standard costing.
- Compile and analyse product related costing and reporting.
- Knowledge in **Manufacturing Costing** is a MUST.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia & English fluently (oral &
written).
- Proactive and able to work independently and as a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Monday to Friday

- Malacca City: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

- Full Set Account: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (required)

License/Certification:
