JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
This support role within the IP Creation Unit focuses heavily on 3 areas - Event Management, Research and Development, and the Commercial aspects of managing and growing local sports IPs on Astro.

What you will do:

- RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT: Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing Intellectual Properties (IPs) of Astro Arena.
- Preparing and delivering presentations to potential sponsors.
- EVENT MANAGEMENT: Key liaison between client, event managers, designers and other 3rd party vendors leading up to the event, ensuring that both client and event requirements are met. Also to manage the set-up and production of the event on site, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality event. Must take initiative in brainstorming concept & theme of all events.
- COMMERCIAL: Assisting in managing internal agreements related to IPs

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Who you are:

- Degree in Marketing, Business and Mass Communication or similar.
- Experience involved in the sports industry, locally or abroad, at any capacity.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Design tools especially Excel and Power-point.
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Sales skills and ability to build productive business relationships
- Comfortable working under pressure in a dynamic & multicultural start-up environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, out-of-the-box thinking.
- Ability to provide & receive constant feedback and take action in a timely manner - training on this will be provided, but a baseline working understanding is expected
- Pay keen attention to details & well organized
- Self-motivated and committed individual with high level of initiative - Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to multi-task
- Communication and negotiation skills needed to ensure projects can be carried out within budget while meeting objectives
- Create positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
- Willing to work long, irregular hours, weekends, public holidays when required
- Ability to be a great teammate and work independently
