PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibilities and Duties
- The Project Manager leads and manages projects assigned to him/her.
- Perform Project management/coordination tasks such as (but not limited to):

- Conduct meetings.
- Gather requirements and coordinate project team members to deliver the solutions required by customers.
- Analyze and clarify customer requirements.
- Draft documentation, conduct user acceptance tests and trainings.
- Manage Change Requests.
- Project communications and reporting.
- Project quality control.
- May be required to perform implementation tasks hands-on to bridge gaps.
- May be required to travel outstation (depending on project requirements).
- Any other tasks assigned by management deem necessary as and when required.

Skills and specifications
- Have experience in managing and coordinating IT projects. (experience in Malaysia Government projects is a huge advantage)
- Good analytical skills.
- Good troubleshooting ability.
- Disciplined and meticulous when it comes to documentation and time management.
- Independent and self-motivated.
- Excellent customer service ethics.
- Experience in development, installation, configuration or troubleshooting of hardware and software is an advantage.
- Experience in Authentication, PKI or IT security products & solutions is an advantage.
- PMP certification will also be an advantage.

Education and Qualifications
- Minimum a Degree/Diploma in Software Engineering, Information Technologies, Computer Science or related course in computers/technology.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in full-time IT project management.
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English language is a must.

**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
