**Overview of the Position**:
The primary objective of this role is to provide comprehensive oversight of all project-related aspects. The incumbent will be accountable for ensuring efficient project management practices, promptly addressing and resolving any escalations, and maintaining the highest standards of project execution.

**The role required to execute the below tasks and initiative**:
**Project Planning & Execution**
- Oversee and implement various projects, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate project activities, communicating objectives and progress to cross-functional teams.
- Manage project resources efficiently, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Identify, mitigate, and escalate project risks and issues as needed.
- Perform UAT testing and guarantee completion within deadlines.

**Team Management & Collaboration**
- Provide guidance and support to project team members, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the project team.

**Quality Assurance & Documentation**
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, UAT records, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Ensure project deliverables meet high-quality standards and align with client expectations.
- Support change management processes, obtaining necessary approvals for project adjustments.
- Assist in conducting post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and improve future processes.

**Industry Knowledge & Adaptability**
- Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging project management technologies.
- Incorporate relevant insights into project planning and execution.

**To be successful in this role, we are expecting the below**:

- Demonstrated experience in project management, particularly within the multi-level marketing (MLM) industry or other fast-paced environments.
- Proficient in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques; adept at managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities; adept at identifying and addressing project challenges.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.
- **Work location: Bukit Jalil (Nearby Pavilion Bukit Jalil)**:

- **Working days : Monday to Friday (9 am - 6 pm)**
